抗精神药物对精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平的干预作用研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討抗精神药物对精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平的干预作用。 方法 方便选取该院2018年7月—2019年2月精神分裂症患者100例。随机分组，对照组采取氯氮平治疗，试验组则采取阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;精神分裂症开始改善的时间;治疗前后患者阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和甲状腺激素水平;副作用。 结果 试验组疗效和对照组均是80.00%(χ2=0.000，P>0.05)， 治疗前对照组、试验组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和甲状腺激素水平相近(P>0.05);治疗后试验组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和对照组相似(P>0.05)。但治疗后甲状腺激素水平指标中，对照组的改变幅度更大，而试验组变化幅度更小(P<0.05)。试验组精神分裂症开始改善的时间是(3.16±1.45)周，对照组是(3.13±1.26)周(t=6.104，P<0.05)。试验组不良反应少于对照组(χ2=6.192，P<0.05)，其中，对照组有12例不良反应发生，试验组有4例不良反应发生。结论 阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果好，且对甲状腺激素水平的影响更小，可更好减少不良反应的发生，安全性更高。
