中药联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症有效性(1)
[摘要] 目的 探析對精神分裂症患者采用中药与利培酮联合治疗的临床效果。方法 随机选取该院门诊在2016年1月—2018年6月期间收治的76例精神分裂症患者，将患者分为对照组38例和治疗组38例，其中对照组选择利培酮治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药联合利培酮治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分、临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前，两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.301，P>0.05)，治疗后，治疗组生活质量评分(17.29±2.68)分明显高于对照组(13.96±2.01)分，差异有统计学意义(t=8.427，P<0.05);治疗组临床治疗有效率92.11%明显高于对照组60.53%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.925，P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率5.26%明显低于对照组21.05%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.834，P<0.05)。 结论 对精神分裂症患者采用中药与利培酮联合治疗的临床效果显著，改善患者生活质量，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

The Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and risperidone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 76 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into 38 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the treatment group. The control group was treated with risperidone. On the basis of the control group， Chinese medicine combined with risperidone was used to compare the quality of life score， clinical treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate before and after treatment. Results Before treatment， the difference between the two groups was not significant (t=0.301， P>0.05). After treatment， the quality of life score(17.29±2.68)points in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (13.96±2.01)points， and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.427， P<0.05); the effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 92.11% significantly higher than that in the control group (60.53%)， the difference was significant (χ2=12.925， P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.26% was significantly lower than the control group 21.05%， the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.834， P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and risperidone in patients with schizophrenia is significant， which can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
