鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的作用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的作用。 方法 方便选取2016年10月—2018年10月该院耳鼻喉科收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者88例进行对比研究,依据患者的不同治疗方式将患者均分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者44例,实验组患者采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗,对照组患者44例,对照组患者采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗,对比两组患者的SNOT-20评分、住院時间、治疗有效率以及并发症发生率。 结果 两组患者的SNOT-20评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的住院时间与对照组患者相比显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,实验组患者的治疗有效率显著较高,并发症发生率显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果显著,该种治疗方式可有效缩短患者住院时间,降低窦口狭窄等并发症的发生率,该种治疗方式值得在临床中推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the role of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with low temperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods Convenient select a total of 88 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods. Forty-four patients in the experimental group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery combined with low-temperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation. Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery combined with inferior turbinate fracture. SNOT-20 score, length of hospital stay, treatment effectiveness, and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The SNOT-20 scores of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the statistical significance was significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly more effective, and the complication rate was significantly lower, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with low-temperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation is effective in treating chronic rhinosinusitis. This treatment can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications such as sinus stenosis. This treatment is worthwhile promoting in the clinic., 百拇医药(张自豪)
