[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacy intervention on the rational application of antibiotics. Methods Ninety patients who underwent antibiotic treatment from June 2018 to February 2019 were convenient enrolled in the study. According to different medication interventions, 90 patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine medication, and the experimental group was treated with clinical pharmacy. The compliance, awareness, use time, medical expenses, adverse reaction rate, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, the compliance of antibiotics (95.1±2.5)points, cognitive score (94.0±2.6)yuan, shorter use time (3.1±1.3)d, medical expenses (242.1±10.2) yuan, and the control group were (82.9±3.5)points, (83.3±2.3)yuan, (6.5±2.3)d, (539.5±22.9)yuan, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=19.027, 20.677, 8.633, 79.581, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000); the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.7% lower than that in the control group 28.8% (χ2=7.601, P=0.006); the patient satisfaction test group was 97.8% higher than the control group 82.2% (χ2=6.049, P=0.014). Conclusion Clinical pharmacy intervention in the clinical application of antibiotics cannot only improve the compliance and awareness of antibiotics, but also reduce the use time and medical expenses, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.,
