临床护理路径在齿状环切加套扎术治疗脱垂性环状痔中的应用及对患者炎症反应发生的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究临床护理路径在齿状环切加套扎术治疗脱垂性环状痔中的应用及对患者炎症反应发生的影响。方法 方便选取2017年6月—2018年6月该院收治的脱垂性环状痔患者100例，随机分成两组，对照组使用常规护理，研究组使用加强护理。 结果 研究组肛门出血8.0%、疼痛4.0%、尿潴留0.0%发生率均低于对照组(18.0%、16.0%、6.0%)，(χ2=5.467、6.022、5.125，P<0.05);研究組IL-6(9.8±3.6)ng/L、CRP(6.1±1.8)mg/L、TNF-α(29.8±8.4)ng/L炎性因子水平均低于对照组[(15.6±3.1)ng/L、(9.3±2.2)mg/L、(43.1±7.6)ng/L](P<0.05);研究组护理满意度96.0%高于对照组80.0%(χ2=5.319，P<0.05)。 结论 对于进行齿状环切加套扎术的脱垂性环状痔患者来说，加强护理效果较好，可以有效降低肛门出血、疼痛、尿潴留等并发症的发生，降低炎性因子，从而减少炎症，同时为患者提供更为细致的服务。值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of prolapsed annular spasm with dentate circumcision and ligation and its effect on the inflammatory response of patients. Methods 100 patients with prolapsed hernia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were convenient randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the study group used intensive care. Results The incidence of anal bleeding 8.0%， pain 4.0%， and urinary retention 0.0% in the study group were lower than those in the control group 18.0%， 16.0%， 6.0%(χ2=5.467， 6.022， 5.125; P<0.05); The levels of inflammatory factors in IL-6(9.8±3.6)ng/L， CRP (6.1±1.8)mg/L， and TNF-α (29.8±8.4)ng/L were lower than those in the control group[(t=15.6±3.1)ng/L， (9.3±2.2)mg/L， (43.1±7.6)ng/L](P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.0% higher than that of the control group 80.0%(χ2=5.319， P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with prolapsed ring sacs undergoing dentate circumcision and ligation， the effect of intensive care is better， which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications such as anal hemorrhage， pain， urinary retention， and reduce inflammatory factors.
