补阳还五汤结合呼吸功能训练对脑卒中后日常生活能力的影响分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究补阳还五汤与呼吸功能训练联合疗法在脑卒中临床治疗中的应用对改善患者日常生活能力的干预作用。 方法 方便选取2016年1—12月自愿入该院接受诊治的脑卒中病患40例为对照组，予以呼吸功能训练;同时纳入2017年1—12月该院接诊的脑卒中病患40例为实验组，予以补阳还五汤结合呼吸功能训练治疗。分析两组日常生活能力的改善情况，并对各组的运动功能评分等指标作出比较。结果 实验组治疗后的日常生活能力评分为(72.14±19.18)分、肢体功能评分为(75.22±15.13)分，比对照组的(61.52±17.49)分以及(64.51±19.64)分高，(t1=2.587 6，t2=2.732 2，P<0.05)。实验组对康复治疗效果的满意为97.5%，优于对照组的80.0%(χ2=6.134 6，P<0.05)。 结论 于常规呼吸功能训练的基础之上，采取补阳还五汤治疗方案對脑卒中病患进行佐治，可促进患者运动功能恢复，改善其日常生活能力，提高患者满意度，建议临床推广。

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Respiratory Function Training on Daily Living Ability after Stroke

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of the combination therapy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Respiratory Function Training on the clinical treatment of stroke in improving the daily living ability of patients. Methods Forty patients with stroke who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were convenient selection enrolled in the control group and given respiratory function training. They were also included in the stroke patients who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017. Forty cases were used as experimental group， and Buyang Huanwu Decoction was combined with respiratory function training. The improvement of daily living ability in the two groups was analyzed， and the indexes of motor function scores of each group were compared. Results The scores of daily living ability of the experimental group were (72.14±19.18)points and the limb function score was (75.22±15.13)points， which was higher than the control group (61.52±17.49)points and (64.51±19.64)points，(t1=2.587 6， t2=2.732 2， P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group on the effect of rehabilitation treatment was 97.5%， which was better than that of the control group of 80.0%(χ2=6.134 6， P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine respiratory function training， the treatment of stroke patients with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can promote the recovery of motor function， improve their daily living ability， improve patient satisfaction， and which is worth clinical promotion.
