高频及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究與分析高频及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。 方法 方便选取来该院进行诊断与治疗的患有甲状腺癌疾病的患者31例作为研究组,研究对象选取的时间段为2017年12月—2018年12月,同时方便选取同时期来该院进行治疗的患有甲状腺瘤疾病的患者31例作为对照组。所有患者入院后均采取超声及彩色多普勒超声检查,并且由我院影像科医师对超声检查结果进行研究与分析,主要观察两组患者的二维超声低回声率、钙化灶几率、周边无晕环率以及彩色超声的RI、Vmax数值等指标。 结果 研究组与对照组患者的二维超声低回声率、钙化灶几率、周边无晕环率以及彩色超声的收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)以及阻力指数(RI)数值等指标差异有统计学意义,研究组患者的各项指标更高[22,21,25,(40.02±5.68)m/s,(0.67±0.09) vs 2,3,6,(28.97±6.79)m/s,(0.58±0.08)],数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.193 0、22.026 3、23.090 3、t=6.949 9,4.161 4,P<0.05)。 结论 采取二维以及彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺癌患者,可以更好地发现疾病,为疾病的后续治疗提供科学依据。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic value of high frequency and color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid cancer. Methods Thirty-one patients with thyroid cancer disease who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study group. The time period convenient selected from December to 2017 was December 2018, and the same period was selected for treatment in our hospital of 31 patients with thyroid tumor disease served as a control group. All patients underwent ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasonography after admission, and the results of the ultrasound examination were studied and analyzed by the imaging specialists of our hospital. The two-dimensional ultrasound low echo rate, the probability of calcification, and the surrounding Halo-free rate and RI, Vmax values of color ultrasound and other indicators were observed. Results There were statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group in the two-dimensional ultrasound hypoechoic rate, the probability of calcification, the surrounding halo-free rate, and the peak systolic velocity (Vmax) and resistance index (RI) values of color ultrasound. The patients in the study group had higher indexes [22, 21, 25, (40.02±5.68)m/s, (0.67±0.09) vs 2, 3, 6, (28.97±6.79)m/s, (0.58±0.08)], data comparison with statistics significance (χ2=27.193 0, 22.026 3, 23.090 3, t=6.949 9, 4.161 4, P<0.05).
