产前检查免疫检验项目对孕妇和胎儿的临床价值分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究产前检查免疫项目对孕妇和胎儿的临床效果。 方法 方便选取2016年7月—2017年8月在该院接受产前治疗的400例孕妇按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组，对照组(200例)采用常规产前检查，实验组(200例)产妇在常规检查基础上实施免疫检验，比较两组产妇在妊娠和分娩的过程中危险因素的发生。 结果 实验组产妇危险因素发生率明显低于对照组(分别为2.5%和7.5%)，满意度也明显高于对照组(分别为97.0%和83.0%)，组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.263 2、22.186 6;P<0.05)。结论 免疫检查项目在产前检查前的效果十分显著，能够降低产妇在妊娠和分娩过程中危险因素的发生率，保证孕妇和胎儿的生命安全，应该在临床中进行推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of prenatal check immunization program on pregnant women and fetuses. Methods 400 pregnant women who received prenatal treatment in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were convenient divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. The control group (200 cases) used routine prenatal examination， experimental group (200 cases) of maternal patients were tested on the basis of routine examinations to compare the risk factors of the two groups of women during pregnancy and childbirth. Results The incidence of maternal risk factors in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.5% and 7.5%， respectively)， and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (97.0% and 83.0%， respectively). The difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.263 2， 22.186 6， P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the immunological examination program before the prenatal examination is very significant. It can reduce the incidence of risk factors during pregnancy and childbirth， and ensure the safety of pregnant women and fetuses. It should be promoted in the clinic.

產前检查就是指妊娠期间孕妇和胎儿进行的检查，根据检查的结果来判断孕妇是否存在高危妊娠的病理，对潜在以及已经出现的高危妊娠因素进行纠正，降低漏诊和误诊率，避免耽误最佳的治疗时间，保证孕妇和胎儿的安全[1]。当前人们的健康观念不断强化，因此进行产前常规检查的孕妇比较多，但是进行免疫项目检查的比较少，这会对很多处于妊娠期携带乙肝病毒或者梅毒的患者产生危害，影响患者的妊娠结局。该次以2016年7月—2017年8月该院收治的400例孕妇进行产前检查免疫检验项目对其和胎儿的影响进行研究，现报道如下。
