[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of different subtypes of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Convenient select 137 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted from July 2016 to June 2018 were the experimental group 1. 100 patients with other connective tissue diseases and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the experimental group 2 and the control group, different subtypes of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody test, comparing rheumatoid factor (RF)-IgM and different subtypes of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody levels. Results The experimental group 1 was anti-CCP antibody IgG, anti-CCP antibody IgA, anti-CCP antibody IgM, RF-IgM (71.53%, 56.20%, 29.19%, 74.45%) and experimental group 2 (2.00%, 2.00%, 6.00%, 19.00%) and the control group (1.00%, 1.00%, 1.00%, 2.00%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=114.585 2, 118.232 7, 76.428 2, 79.785 6, 19.885 9, 32.124 6, 71.132 6, 137.431 6, P<0.05). RF-IgM negative rheumatoid arthritis patients (10.00%, 26.67%, 13.33%) were positive for RF-IgM (89.71%, 66.35%, 35.51%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=74.291 2, 15.118 2, 5.422 5, P<0.05). Anti-CCP antibody IgG, anti-CCP antibody IgA, anti-CCP antibody IgM (51.85%, 29.62%, 51.85%) and 7 to 23 months (75.00%, 60.41%, 27.08%) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of ≤6 months; for more than 24 months (80.64%, 65.62%, 25.80%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.166 7, 7.719 8, 6.552 6, 11.097 9, 4.601 1, 5.710 0, P<0.05). Conclusion There are different subtypes of anti-CCP antibodies in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which is helpful for early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis., http://www.100md.com(黄土艺)
