ENA抗体检验和血清体液免疫检验在诊断SLE方面的价值分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究ENA抗体检验和血清体液免疫检验在诊断SLE方面的价值。方法 方便选取2018年1—12月期间该院接收的SLE患者60例设为观察组研究对象，将同期于该院进行体检的健康体检者60名作为对照组研究对象，两组均进行ENA抗体检验和血清体液免疫检验。将两组的检验结果进行比对。结果 观察组SLE患者的C3(68.33%)、C4(63.33%)、IgA(51.67%)、IgG(66.67%)、IgM(58.33%)、抗ds-DNA(38.33%)、抗nRNP(16.67%)、抗Sm(31.67%)等指标阳性率均显著高于对照组(除C3为1.67%，其他指标均为0.00%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=58.608、55.610、41.798、60.000、49.412、28.454、10.909、22.574，P<0.05);观察组SLE患者的C3(0.68±0.21)μg/mL、C4水平(0.22±0.09)μg/mL低于对照组[(1.48±0.53)μg/mL、(0.57±0.26)μg/mL]，差异有统计学意义(t=10.870、9.854，P<0.05);观察组的IgA(2.95±0.76)mg/mL、IgG(21.74±4.30)mg/mL、IgM水平(2.07±0.93)mg/mL高于对照组数据[(1.84±0.42)mg/mL、(10.85±2.26)mg/mL、(1.51±0.38)mg/mL]，差异有统计学意义(t=9.902、17.365、4.318，P<0.05)。结论 ENA抗体检验和血清体液免疫检验能够有效鉴别诊断SLE，具有较高的临床诊斷价值。
