[摘要] 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(secondary hyperparathyroidism，SHPT)已成为慢性肾脏病患者最严重的并发症，SHPT的发生与患者的生存质量及存活率密切相关。高频超声及超声新技术、超声引导下的介入治疗在临床上的应用，为SHPT的早期诊断、病情评估、疗效监测及合适治疗策略的选择提供了一个新的评估方法。该文就超声在这方面的应用进展作一综述。
