[摘要] 目的 分析股骨远端C3型骨折采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法 随机选取该院2015年8月—2017年12月收治的56例股骨远端C3型骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术进行治疗，对其手术指标、关节活动度与功能情况进行研究分析。结果 患者手术时间平均(156.23±12.58)min，术中出血量平均(624.52±12.69)mL，骨折愈合时间平均(16.25±1.26)周，膝关节活动度平均为(105.26±23.65)°，膝关节HSS评分平均为(86.23±4.23)分;所有患者均未出现钢板松动、断裂、软组织感染以及坏死等现象。结论 股骨远端C3型骨折采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效显著，利于改善膝关节功能，提高关节活动度。
