慢性肾衰患者血透并发心律失常的诱发因素及疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究慢性腎衰患者血透并发心律失常的诱发因素及临床疗效分析。方法 便利选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院泌尿外科收治的50例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象，其中男性26例，女性24例，就不同年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率比较及患者临床疗效做出分析。结果 不同年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率比较中，>50岁患者的血透心律失常发生次数要明显高于其他年龄段。该年龄段内的患者血透心律失常发生率为37.36%，显著高于其他年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且经过一段时间治疗后，患者临床疗效出现了显著改善，其中显效人数18例，占比36.00%，有效例数30例，占比60.00%，无效例数2例，占比4.00%。总有效率为96.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性肾衰患者血透并发心律失常的诱发因素和患者年龄具有重要关联，并且在明确了相关诱发因素后，按照患者治疗需求，将相应的治疗措施落实，以此提升患者临床治疗效果。

Inducing Factors and Therapeutic Effect of Hemodialysis Complicated with Arrhythmia in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the predisposing factors and clinical efficacy of hemodialysis complicated with arrhythmia in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. Among them， 26 were male and 24 were female. The incidence of hemorrhagic arrhythmia and patients in different age groups were compared. Analysis of clinical efficacy. Results In the comparison of the incidence of hemorrhagic arrhythmia in patients of different ages， the number of hemorrhagic arrhythmias in patients >50 years old was significantly higher than that in other age groups. The incidence of hemorrhagic arrhythmia in this age group was 37.36%， which was significantly higher than that of other age groups，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After a period of treatment， the clinical efficacy of the patients improved significantly. Among them， 18 people were effective， accounting for 36.00%， 30 were effective， accounting for 60.00%， and 2 were invalid， accounting for 4.00%. The total effective rate is 96.00%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The predisposing factors of hemodialysis complicated with arrhythmia in patients with chronic renal failure are related to the age of the patients. After the relevant predisposing factors are clarified， the corresponding treatment measures are implemented according to the patient's treatment needs， so as to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
