肛肠手术并发症的临床治疗具体方法分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析肛肠科手术后患者并发症的发生状况，并探究不同并发症的临床治疗措施，分析其治疗效果。方法 2016年8月—2019年1月间在该院方便选择收治的所有肛肠科疾病患者的一般资料，根据该次新要求选择其中63例患者纳入研究开展实验所有患者均为常见肛肠科疾病选择手术进行治疗，在手术完成后患者均发生不同程度的并发症，对所有患者一般资料进行分析后，采取不同的治疗措施，评价并发症发生状况以及治疗有效性。结果 实验结果中患者发生并发症主要包括严重水肿疼痛、感染、术后再出血以及尿潴留，而仅有3例患者发生肛门狭窄，其发生率仅为4.76%。而在对患者进行对症治疗后，63例患者中治疗有效患者58例(92.06%)，而3例肛门狭窄患者中，仅有1例患者治疗有效。结论 在患者接受肛肠科手术后，患者发生并发症的概率较高，选择及时有效的措施对患者进行病症明确和对应治疗，能够保证患者并发症，康复同时也能够有效减少肛肠科手术患者术后并发症的发生率，医护人员在手术后应当重视患者的生命体征以及病情状况，并对患者的手术创面进行良好处理，在手术后也应当注意患者肛门狭窄发生症状，做好对应的治療工作，以达到优质治疗效果。

Analysis of Specific Methods for Clinical Treatment of Complications of Anorectal Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the incidence of complications in patients after anorectal surgery， and to explore the clinical treatment of different complications and analyze the therapeutic effects. Methods In our hospital， we convenient selected general information on all patients with anorectal diseases from August 2016 to January 2019. According to this new requirement， 63 patients were selected for the study. All patients were common anorectal. The disease was selected for surgery， and patients had different degrees of complications after the operation was completed. After analyzing the general data of all patients， different treatment measures were taken to evaluate the complications and the effectiveness of the treatment. Results The complications of the patients included severe edema pain， infection， postoperative rebleeding， and urinary retention. Only 3 patients developed anal stenosis， which was only 4.76%. After symptomatic treatment of the patients， 58 patimts(92.06%) of the 63 patients were effective， and only 1 of the 3 patients with anal stenosis were effective. Conclusion After the patient undergoes anorectal surgery， the probability of complications is high. Selecting timely and effective measures to treat the patient with clear and corresponding treatment can ensure the patient's complications， and the rehabilitation can also effectively reduce the operation of anorectal surgery patients. After the incidence of complications， the medical staff should pay attention to the patient's vital signs and condition after the operation， and treat the patient's surgical wounds well. After the operation， the patient should also pay attention to the symptoms of the anal stenosis and do the corresponding treatment， so as to achieve high quality treatment results., 百拇医药(梁英)
