[摘要] 目的 分析食管癌采用紫杉醇、奈达铂联合放疗的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2014年1月—2018年8月收治的63例食管癌患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组行单纯放射治疗，观察组行紫杉醇、奈达铂联合放化疗，对比两组临床疗效、药物不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的74.19%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.966，P<0.05)。 结论 食管癌采用紫杉醇、奈达铂联合放疗的临床疗效显著，且安全性高。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel and nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods Convenient selected sixty-three patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received radiotherapy alone. The observation group received paclitaxel and nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
