探讨血液检验诊断和鉴别缺铁性贫血的临床价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 淺析血液检验在诊断和鉴别缺铁性贫血中的临床应用价值。方法 随机选取该院内科2016年1月—2017年1月被诊断为缺铁性贫血的患者50例纳入病例组，随机选取同期入院的63名体检中心正常人作为对照组，探讨血液检验中相关贫血诊断指标的检验价值。结果 ①病例组患者的红细胞计数、血红素定量和红细胞比积与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)在病例组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中病例组患者的MCHC数量为(279.8±49.3)g/L，对照组患者的MCHC数量为(329.7±53.4)g/L(t=-11.20，P=0.00)。②纳入的50例缺铁性贫血疾病的敏感度96.0%(48/50)、特异度88.0%(44/50)、一致率86.0%(43/50)。血液学检验指标对缺铁性贫血疾病的灵敏度、特异性和一致性均较理想。结论 血液学各项检验指标在缺铁性贫血疾病的识别和鉴别诊断中效果优良，特异度、灵敏度均较高，值得在基层医院的血液学疾病的检验诊断工作推广使用。

Methods A total of 50 patients with iron deficiency anemia diagnosed in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly election enrolled in the study group. 63 healthy subjects from the same period were randomly selected as the control group to investigate the anemia associated with blood tests. The MCHC number of the case group was (279.8±49.3)g/L， and the MCHC number of the control group was(329.7±53.4)g/L(t=-11.20，P=0.00). 2.The sensitivity of 50 cases of iron deficiency anemia was 96.0%(48/50)， specificity 88.0% (44/50)， and agreement rate 86.0%(43/50). The sensitivity， specificity and consistency of hematological test indicators for iron deficiency anemia are ideal. Conclusion Hematology test indicators are excellent in the identification and differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia， and the specificity and sensitivity are better， worthy of promotion and use in the diagnosis and diagnosis of hematological diseases in primary hospitals.
