美托洛尔缓释片治疗高血压并舒张性心力衰竭的 临床价值分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭应用美托洛尔缓释片的治疗效果。方法 方便选择该院高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者实施该次研究，例数为62例，时间为2017年4月—2018年4月，根据入院时间分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。观察组使用美托洛尔缓释片，对照组使用单一苯磺酸氨氯地平片，比较两组患者临床效果。结果 观察组治疗后心率为(69.13±10.25)次/min，低于对照组心率(80.47±10.45)次/min(t=4.313，P=0.000)。观察组治疗前LVDS为(59.78±5.14)mm，对照组为(57.74±5.46)mm，差异无统计学意义(t=1.515，P=0.135)，治疗后，两组心功能指标均有改善，且观察组为(83.36±5.47)mm，高于对照组(73.26±5.27)mm，差异有统计学意义(t=7.404，P=0.000)。观察组总有效率为96.77%，对照组为80.64%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.026，P=0.045)。结论 将美托洛尔缓释片用于高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者治疗中，可改善患者心功能、舒张压、收缩压及心率，提升治疗效果，临床应用及推广价值极高。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in patients with hypertension complicated with diastolic heart failure. Methods The patients who underwent hypertension and diastolic heart failure in thehospital were enrolled in this study. The number of patients was 62. The time was from April 2017 to April 2018. According to the admission time， they were divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The observation group used metoprolol sustained-release tablets， and the control group used a single amlodipine besylate tablet to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results convenient selected the heart rate of the observation group was (69.13±10.25) times/min， which was lower than that of the control group(80.47±10.45) times/min(t=4.313， P=0.000). The LVDS of the observation group before treatment was (59.78±5.14) mm， and that of the control group was (57.74±5.46) mm. The comparison was not statistically significant (t=1.515， P=0.135). After treatment， the cardiac function indexes of both groups were improved. The observation group was (83.36±5.47) mm， which was higher than the control group (73.26±5.27) mm，the difference was statistically significant(t=7.404， P=0.000). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%， and that of the control group was 80.64%，the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.026， P=0.045). Conclusion The use of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diastolic heart failure can improve the heart function， diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure and heart rate， improve the therapeutic effect， and has high clinical application and promotion value.
