人性化快速康复护理在胸腔镜微创手术患者中的应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化快速康复护理用于胸腔镜微创手术中的临床效果。方法 以2016年1月—2017年12月为时限，方便择取该院胸外科238例胸腔镜微创手术患者，随机分为实验组(人性化快速康复护理，119例)和对照组(常规护理，119例)，对比观察两组基本治疗指标，统计并发症，统计患者护理满意度。结果 实验组术后胸管留置(1.7±0.9)d、下地活动(1.3±0.5)d与住院时间(4.5±1.3)d均短于对照组(t=4.743、5.893、7.898，P<0.05);实验组术后肺部感染2.52%、肺不张1.68%、胃肠功能紊乱发生率2.52%均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.385、4.830、4.789，P<0.05)，实验组非常满意患者显著多于对照组，总满意率96.64%高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.835，P<0.05)。结论 人性化快速康复护理的应用可有效提高护理质量，减少胸腔镜微创手术患者并发症，加速患者康复进程，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of humanized rapid rehabilitation nursing in thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017， 238 patients with thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the department of thoracic surgery were conveniently selected and randomly divided into experimental group (humanized rapid rehabilitation nursing， 119 cases) and control group (conventional care， 119 cases)， comparative observation of the two groups of basic treatment indicators， statistical complications， statistical patient care satisfaction. Results The postoperative chest tube indwelling (1.7±0.9)d， going to the field (1.3±0.5)d and hospitalization time (4.5±1.3) d were shorter than the control group (t=4.743， 5.893， 7.988， P<0.05). The experimental group had a postoperative pulmonary infection of 2.52%， atelectasis of 1.68%， and gastrointestinal dysfunction rate of 2.52%， which were lower than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.385， 4.830， 4.789， P<0.05). The experimental group was very satisfied with the patients significantly more than the control group， the total satisfaction rate was 96.64% higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.835， P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing， reduce the complications of patients with minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery， accelerate the recovery process of patients， and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
