比较超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析比較超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的疗效。 方法 方便选择2017年2月—2019年3月间入院接受治疗的老年性白内障患者中的50例进行分组治疗比较。所有患者均为自愿参与研究，依据数字表法分组后，观察组及对照组各25例。观察组采取超声乳化术进行治疗，对照组采用小切口非超声乳化术进行治疗。对比治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者治疗后的裸眼视力为(0.71±0.05)、角膜平均散光值为(1.13±0.14)，对照组患者治疗后的裸眼视力为(0.72±0.07)、角膜平均散光值为(1.12±0.23)，以上指标与治疗前相比均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但治疗前后以上指标的组间对比结果均提示差异无统计学意义(t=0.565、0.307、0.581、0.186，P>0.05)。比较两组并发症发生几率，结果也显示差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.222，P>0.05)。结论 超声乳化术以及小切口非超声乳化术均可有效改善老年性白内障患者的视力情况，治疗效果相似，且并发症发生几率均较低，可依据患者情况合理选择治疗方法。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the efficacy of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in the treatment of senile cataract. Methods A total of 50 patients with senile cataract who were admitted to hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were convenient enrolled in a group therapy comparison. All patients were volunteered to participate in the study. After grouping according to the digital table method， 25 patients in the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification， and the control group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification， Compare treatment effects. Results The visual acuity of the patients in the observation group was (0.71±0.05) and the average astigmatism of the cornea was (1.13±0.14). The visual acuity of the control group was (0.72±0.07) and the average astigmatism of the cornea was (1.12±0.23)， the above indicators were significantly improved compared with before treatment， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). However， the comparison between the above indicators before and after treatment showed no significant difference (t=0.565，0.307，0.581，0.186，P>0.05). The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups， and the results also showed no difference(χ2=0.222，P>0.05). Conclusion Both phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification can effectively improve the visual acuity of senile cataract patients. The therapeutic effect is similar， and the incidence of complications is low. The treatment can be rationally selected according to the patient's condition.
