甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎的疗效及安全性分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎的疗效及安全性。方法 方便选取2018年2月—2019年2月该院接收的102例牙周炎患者，为该次观察对象并予以随机对照，即常规组51例用甲硝唑缓释药膜，研究组51例则在常规组基础上加用盐酸米诺环素。结果 研究组临床治疗总体疗效96.08%高于常规组84.31%(χ2=8.011，P<0.05);研究组菌斑指数(0.9±0.1)、牙龈指数(0.7±0.2)、牙齿松动指数(0.7±0.1)、牙周袋深度(3.7±0.4)mm均低于常规组(1.2±0.4)、(1.2±0.3)、(1.6±0.8)、(4.4±0.9)mm(t=12.617、10.718、11.034、12.953，P<0.05);虽然两组不良反应率(7.84% vs 7.84%)高度一致(χ2=0.000，P>0.05)，但研究组复发率3.92%低于常规组17.65%(χ2=9.748，P<0.05)。结论 在甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗基础上，为牙周炎患者加用盐酸米诺环素软膏予以进一步治疗，不仅可以改善患者牙周功能，而且还可以降低复发率，安全可靠，疗效确切。值得在临床中大力推荐。

The plaque index (0.9±0.1)， the gingival index (0.7±0.2)， and the tooth loosening index (0.7±0.1) in the study group， periodontal pocket depth (3.7±0.4)mm， lower than the conventional group (1.2 ± 0.4)， (1.2±0.3)， (1.6±0.8)， (4.4±0.9)mm (t=12.617， 10.718， 11.034， 12.953，P<0.05); although the adverse reaction rate (7.84% vs 7.84%) was highly consistent (χ2=0.000， P>0.05)， the recurrence rate of the study group was 3.92% lower than that of the conventional group (17.65%) (χ2=9.748， P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the treatment of metronidazole sustained-release membrane， further treatment with minocycline hydrochloride ointment for patients with periodontitis can not only improve the periodontal function， but also reduce the recurrence rate， which is safe and reliable. It is worth recommending in the clinic.
