脓毒症急性肾损伤患者CRRT治疗中应用枸橼酸抗凝与全身肝素化抗凝的效果对比分析(3)
综上所述,枸橼酸能够减缓甚至阻滞氧自由基和炎性因子释放,达到了抗炎和改善微循环的作用。于是,CRRT治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤患者过程中使用枸橼酸抗凝的临床功效比肝素化抗凝结果好,同时患者肾功能被改善,生存率将被有效提高。
