手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感染效果刍议(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究将手术室优质护理服务应用于手术室护理工作中对预防患者发生腹部切口感染的效果，评价其临床应用意义。 方法 按照实验相关要求，方便選取该院在2016年7月—2018年10月期间接收治疗的160例接受介入手术治疗患者作为研究对象，均分为对照组(n=80)与实验组(n=80)。对照组患者使用常规管理治疗，实验组患者实施精细化管理。记录所有患者的在结束介入手术治疗后不良事件发生状况和介入导管室卫生评分。结果 实验结果显示，实验组介入导管室卫生评分较对照组来说明显更高，平均分为(88.4±3.9)分，高于对照组平均分(76.7±3.6)分，组间差异有统计学意义(t=19.716，P=0.000)。同时实验组患者的不良反应发生率较对照组明显更低，其中感染率仅为1例(1.25%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.262，P=0.001)。结论 在对手术室进行护理操作时，运用手术室优质护理服务模式能够有效提高手术室的洁净程度，在实际应用过程中有助于改进手术室的护理效果，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of operating room quality nursing service in the operation of operating room to prevent abdominal infection in patients， and evaluate its clinical application. Methods According to the relevant requirements of the experiment， Convenient selec 160 patients who underwent interventional surgery in the hospital from July 2016 to October 2018 were included in the study group (n=80) and the experimental group (n= 80). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional management， and patients in the experimental group were treated with refined management. Adverse events and interventional catheterization hygiene scores were recorded for all patients after completion of interventional surgery. Results The experimental results showed that the interventional catheter room hygiene score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， with an average score of (88.4±3.9)points， which was higher than the control group (76.7±3.6)points. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (t=19.716，P=0.000). At the same time， the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the infection rate was only 1 case(1.25%)， and the difference between the groups was significant (χ2=6.262，P=0.001). Conclusion In the operation of the operating room， the use of the operating room quality nursing service mode can effectively improve the cleanliness of the operating room. In the actual application process， it can help to improve the nursing effect of the operating room， which is worthy of promotion., 百拇医药(张欣)
