连续性护理在前列腺增生患者术后的应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討连续性护理在前列腺增生患者术后的应用效果。 方法 方便选取该院2018年4—12月收治的200例前列腺增生患者中的96例，进行随机分组，分别实施常规护理干预(对照组)和连续性护理干预(研究组)，比较分析两组患者护理干预后的并发症发生情况及护理满意度。 结果 干预结束后，研究组患者的术后并发症的发生例数均少于对照组，其并发症发生率为6.25%，低于对照组的22.92%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.352，P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为95.83%高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.031，P<0.05);在生活质量的测评方面，研究组患者在生理维度、社会维度、心理维度、满意度维度、疾病维度各方面的得分均高于对照组患者，其总分均明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(t=9.488，P<0.05)。结论 对前列腺增生患者实施连续性护理干预，可以明显提升其护理满意度，降低并发症的发生率，提升患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Convenient selected a total of 96 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from April to December 2018 were randomized into routine nursing intervention (control group) and continuous nursing intervention (study group). Complications and nursing satisfaction after nursing intervention. Results After the intervention， the number of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group， and the complication rate was 6.25%， which was lower than 22.92% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.352， P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.83% higher than that of the control group 81.25%，the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.031， P<0.05). In the assessment of quality of life， the study group patients in the physiological dimension， social dimension， psychological dimension， satisfaction dimension The scores of all aspects of the disease dimension were higher than those of the control group， and the total scores were significantly higher than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(t=9.488， P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
