[摘要] 目的 研究微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折。 方法 方便选取2014年1月—2018年12月来该院就诊的掌指骨骨折患者共42例，对照组患者行克氏针内固定治疗，观察组患者行微型钢板内固定治疗，观察两组治疗效果差异。结果 观察组指功能优良率为95.24%，明显高于对照组，且观察组术后并发症发生率为4.76%，显著低于对照组，两组指功能优良率、并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.286、5.559，P<0.05)。 结论 微型钢板内固定治疗方法在治疗掌指骨骨折方面有较为确切的效果，能够有效改善患者指功能，术后并发症发生率较低，有利于患者术后的早期恢复。
