[摘要] 目的 分析心理应激对策在治疗慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用效果。 方法 方便选取2017年3月—2019年2月在该院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者共74例，分为应激组和普通组，普通组通过常规护理措施开展护理工作，应激组在此基础上加用心理应激对策，比较两种护理方式的应用效果。 结果 干预后，应激组的SAS评分明显低于普通组，组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.466 ，P=0.000 );同时应激组的SDS评分也明显低于普通组，组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.872 ，P=0.000 );应激组的治疗总有效率为97.30%，明显高于普通组的78.38%，组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.198，P=0.013)。结论 心理应激对策在慢性盆腔炎的临床护理中有着较为显著的应用效果。
