[摘要] 目的 分析探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术中肌瘤踢除的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2016年7月—2018年9月该院收治的50例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，实施剖宫产术中肌瘤踢除术干预，选取同期至该院接受剖腹产手术分娩的50例产妇纳入对照组中，观察对比并发症及各项临床指标情况。结果 研究组并发症发生率与对照组相比(16.0% vs 14.0%)，差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.241，P>0.05);研究组患者的手术时间显著高于对照组(χ2=5.710，P<0.05)，两组患者的其他指标上相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 为妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者行剖宫产术中肌瘤踢除术干预，具有较高的安全性及可行性，临床推广价值高，值得临床应用。
