舒适护理模式在老年肺气肿护理中的应用(1)
[摘要] 目的 對在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床护理中应用舒适护理模式的效果进行研究。方法 方便选择该院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者共计90例作为该次研究的纳入对象，选取时间段为2018年1月—2019年2月，按照硬币法将这些患者划分为两组，常规护理组45例，舒适护理组45例。采用常规护理措施对常规护理组予以护理，在此基础上，采用舒适护理模式对舒适护理组予以护理。护理完成后，分析并且比较两组患者的护理效果。 结果 常规护理组总有效率共计为75.6%，舒适护理组总有效率共计为91.1%。常规护理组住院时间为(20.3±2.1)d，舒适护理组住院时间为(10.2±1.5)d，舒适护理组的总有效率明显高于常规护理组，住院时间明显低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规护理组护理满意度共计为80.0%，舒适护理组护理满意度共计为95.6%。舒适护理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.735，P<0.05)。 结论 针对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者实施舒适护理能够有效提升患者的护理满意度，并且改善患者症状，促进患者康复。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing mode in the clinical nursing of chronic obstructive emphysema in the elderly. Methods Convenient select a total of 90 elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The period of time was from January 2018 to February 2019. These patients were divided into two groups according to the coin method. There were 45 cases in the routine care group and 45 cases in the comfort care group. Routine nursing measures were used to provide care to the conventional care group. Based on this， comfortable care models were used to provide care to the comfortable care group. After the nursing was completed， the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the routine care group was 75.6%，and the total effective rate of the comfort care group was 91.1%.The length of stay in the conventional care group was (20.3±2.1)d， and the length of stay in the comfort care group was (10.2±1.5)d. The total effective rate of the comfort care group was significantly higher than that of the conventional care group， and the length of hospital stay was significantly lower than that of the conventional care group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the conventional nursing group was 80.0%，and the nursing satisfaction of the comfortable nursing group was 95.6%. The nursing satisfaction of the comfortable nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group， and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.735， P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfortable care for elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction， improve patient symptoms， and promote patient rehabilitation.
