应用心肺复苏实时反馈系统开展心肺复苏培训的分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討心肺复苏实时反馈系统在心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法 方便选择2018年1月—2019年1月该院160名医务人员作为该次研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各有80名医务人员,对照组应用高仿真模拟人法开展心肺复苏培训,观察组在对照组基础上应用心肺复苏实时反馈系统开展心肺复苏培训,对比两组医务人员心肺复苏的理论知识与实操技能考核成绩。结果 观察组医务人员的的理论知识评分(92.26±5.75)分,对照组(92.57±5.43)分,对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.351,P=0.726);观察组80名医务人员的平均有效按压率(79.29±19.13)%要显著高于对照组(30.13±22.46)%,差异有统计学意义(t=14.904,P=0.000)。观察组80名医务人员的平均按压深度、按压频率、胸廓回弹率(5.43±0.36)cm、(113.56±4.89)次/min、(5.75±1.43)s、(97.23±0.54)%均要显著优于对照组(4.86±2.14)cm、(100.47±12.16)次/min、(9.98±1.22)s、(82.32±3.02)%高(t=2.349、4.838、20.128、43.469),过度通气率(1.42±1.33)%均要显著比对照组(7.93±6.79)%低(t=9.708)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心肺复苏实时反馈系统在心肺复苏培训中具有显著应用效果,可显著提高心肺复苏质量。

The hyperventilation rate of (1.42±1.33)% were significantly lower than the control group of(7.93±6.79)%(t=9.708) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
