儿童语言发育迟缓与屏幕媒介相关性分析研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討儿童语言发育迟缓与屏幕媒介相关性。方法 方便选择2019年1—12月0~3岁语言迟缓患儿55例,设为观察组;选择同期健康体检儿童48名,设为对照组。两组入院后均采用《儿童神经心理行为检查量表》从大运动、精细动作、语言、适应能力与社会行为对其语言发育能力进行评估;采用婴幼儿语言发育筛查量表从儿童的语音和语言表达、听觉感受与理解及与视觉相关的理解与表达对两组发育水平进行评估;查阅两组资料,记录两组电视、手机、IPAD、电脑接触情况(包括接触时间),并完成相关性分析。结果 观察组语言发育迟缓患儿大运动(84.34±8.42)分、精细动作(64.52±10.45)分、语言(49.52±5.61)分、适应能力(70.79±5.72)分与社会行为评分(57.88±7.82)分,均低于对照组(t=7.396、6.541、9.683、7.121、5.386,P<0.05);观察组语言发育迟缓患儿语音和语言表达(11.42±2.31)分、听觉感受与理解评分(11.35±2.35)分及与视觉相关的理解与表达评分(12.41±3.41)分,均低于对照组(t=6.346、12.112、8.968,P<0.05);观察组与对照组屏幕媒介接触类型、观看内容比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组接触时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 儿童语言发育迟缓与屏幕媒介存在明显的相关性,应尽可能减少儿童屏幕媒介接触率,缩短接触时间,加强人与人之间沟通、交流,促进儿童语言发育。

Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 55 children with languaghe developament tardation aged 0-3 years were selected as observation group, and 48 healthy children in the same period were convenient selected as control group. Both groups were assessed by “the Children's Neuropsychological Behavior Examination Scale” after admission from the aspects of motor activity, fine motor activity, language, adaptability and social behavior. The infant language development screening scale was used to assess children's speech and language expression, auditory perception and understanding, and visual-related comprehension. The expression was used to evaluate the development level of the two groups, and the data of the two groups were consulted to record the TV, mobile phone, IPAD and computer contacts (including contact time) of the two groups, and the SPSS Pearson correlation analysis was completed. Results In the observation group, children with langnage development retardation had large movements (84.34±8.42), fine movements (64.52±10.45)points, language (49.52±5.61)points, adaptive ability (70.79±5.72)points and social behavior scores (57.88±7.82)points. The scores were lower than the control group (t=7.396, 6.541, 9.683, 7.121, 5.386, P<0.05); the speech and language expression (11.42±2.31)points, auditory perception and comprehension score of the children with language development retardation in the observation group (11.35±2.35)points and visually relevant understanding and expression scores (12.41±3.41)points were lower than the control group (t=6.346, 12.112, 8.968, P<0.05); the observation group and the control group screen media contact type watch the difference of content was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the exposure time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Children's language retardation has obvious correlation with screen media.
