C-反应蛋白及降钙素原在血流细菌感染诊断中的应用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 探析C-反应蛋白(CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)在血流细菌感染诊断中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2017年6月—2019年6月在该院接受治疗的126例感染性疾病患者为研究对象,根据感染类型不同,分为细菌感染组(n=66)与非细菌感染组(n=60),同时选取60名健康体检者为对照组。对3组CRP、PCT水平进行检测与比较,同时对比3组CRP、PCT检测阳性率。结果 细菌感染组CRP、PCT水平分别为(146.18±18.26)mg/L、(6.23±1.58)ng/mL,非细菌感染组分别为(43.25±10.39)mg/L、(0.40±0.10)ng/mL,对照组分别为(5.03±1.34)mg/L、(0.07±0.02)ng/mL,各组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组CRP、PCT检测阳性率分别为54.55%、89.39%,非细菌感染组分别为33.33%、10.00%,对照组分别为1.67%、1.67%,各组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在感染性疾病诊断中,CRP、PCT水平检测是十分重要的参考指标,可有效辨别感染类型,有助于临床诊治,值得进一步研究与推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of c-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in the diagnosis of bacterial bloodstream infection. Methods A total of convenient selection 126 patients with infectious diseases treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects. According to different types of infection, they were divided into bacterial infection group (n=66) and non-bacterial infection group (n=60). Meanwhile, 60 healthy patients were selected as control group. CRP and PCT levels in 3 groups were detected and compared, and the positive rates of CRP and PCT in 3 groups were compared. Results The levels of CRP and PCT in the bacterial infection group were (146.18±18.26) mg/L and (6.23±1.58) ng/mL, respectively, in the non-bacterial infection group were (43.25±10.39) mg/L and (0.40±0.10) ng/mL, and in the control group were (5.03±1.34) mg/L and (0.07±0.02) ng/mL, respectively, showing statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The positive rates of CRP and PCT were 54.55% and 89.39% in the bacterial infection group, 33.33% and 10.00% in the non-bacterial infection group, and 1.67% and 1.67% in the control group, respectively, showing statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of infectious diseases, CRP and PCT are very important reference indexes, which can effectively distinguish the types of infection, and is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is worth further research and application.
