[摘要] 近年，甲状腺癌在临床呈高发趋势，传统放、化疗治疗手段效果及预后较差，手术切除治疗方案已被临床认可并广泛应用。但术中操作不当触及甲状旁腺的误切或损伤，使供血微循环受阻，导致低钙血症和甲状旁腺功能衰退进而致使的并发症，很大程度上降低了患者生活质量。因此探讨在术中采取有效措施保护甲状旁腺，以降低永久性或短暂性的功能衰退的发生，具有重要意义。该文就甲状腺癌外科治疗中甲状旁腺功能保护的研究进行综述，为甲状腺癌患者术后生活质量的提高，奠定基础。
