[摘要] 目的 分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者给予耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗的临床疗效。方法 方便选取在2018年10月—2019年5月期间在该院康复医学科就诊的46例腰椎间盘突出患者进行观察，将采用基础治疗的23例患者设为参照组，将采用耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗的23例患者设为研究组，对比两组治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(91.30%)高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.301，P<0.05);研究组JOA评分、VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数较治疗前均明显改善，且改善情况优于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗能有效缓解患者疼痛等症状，促进患者腰椎功能恢复。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure and traditional Chinese massage therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation.
