妊高症孕妇孕期管理及护理干预的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 評估妊高症孕妇采用孕期管理干预与护理干预服务的价值。 方法 参考抽签方式将方便选取2017年3月—2019年10月该院接受健康体检的62名孕妇区分两个组别，各31名，实验组用全面孕期管理干预和护理干预服务，参比组用一般孕期管理干预和护理干预服务，总结有关指标。 结果 实验组护理管理之后舒张压指标测量结果、收缩压指标测量结果、新生儿Apgar分数调查结果、新生儿出生体重测量结果(91.35±3.20)mmHg、(137.42±4.50)mmHg、(9.20±0.25)分、(3.72±0.30)kg比较于参比组研究指标结果(113.50±4.12)mmHg、(163.28±5.10)mmHg、(7.31±0.10)分、(2.70±0.24)kg相差明显(t=23.640、21.169、39.081、14.782，P<0.05)，实验组并发症整体计算率、剖宫产整体计算率、护理管理效果满意整体计算率(0.00%、29.03%、93.55%)比较于参比组研究指标结果(12.90%、58.06%、74.19%)相差明显(χ2=4.275、5.314、4.292，P<0.05)。 结论 为妊高症孕妇采用孕期管理干预与护理干预服务展现较好效果。

Methods With reference to the lottery method， convenient select 62 pregnant women who underwent a health checkup in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were divided into two groups， 31 each group. The experimental group used comprehensive pregnancy management intervention and nursing intervention services， and the reference group used general management interventions and nursing intervention services during pregnancy， summarize relevant indicators. Results The results of diastolic blood pressure measurement， systolic blood pressure measurement， neonatal Apgar score measurement， and neonatal birth weight measurement (91.35±3.20)mmHg， (137.42±4.50 mmHg， (9.20±0.25)points， (3.72±0.30)kg. Compared with the results of the reference group (113.50±4.12)mmHg， (163.28±5.10)mmHg， (7.31±0.10)points， (2.70±0.24)kg， the difference is significant (t=23.640， 21.169， 39.081， 14.782， P<0.05)， the overall calculation rate of complications in the experimental group， the overall calculation rate of cesarean section， and the satisfactory overall results of nursing management (0.00%， 29.03%， 93.55%) were compared with the results of the reference group(12.90%，58.06%，74.19%). The difference was significant (χ2=4.275， 5.314， 4.292， P<0.05).
