[摘要] 目的 探讨精细化护理在上肢骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法 在2019年2—6月该院收治的上肢骨折患儿中随机选取88例，均需手术治疗，采用方便抽样方法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组53例，采用常规护理，观察组35例，采用精细化护理，分析两组护理效果。结果 观察组患儿家属的护理满意率为100.00%，显著高于对照组的88.68%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.832，P=0.028);观察组患儿术后各个时间段的疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在上肢骨折的住院患儿临床中采用精细化护理干预措施，能够降低患儿的疼痛感，提高患儿家属满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。
