[摘要] 目的 分析倍增时间的测定在肺小结节病变随访中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2018年3月—2019年3月于该院进行螺旋CT胸部扫描确切发现肺小结节患者163例，对该批患者再次执行螺旋CT胸部扫描，并将测得结果纳入自动软件计算倍增时间，观察患者肺小结节病变情况以及阴影倍增时间。结果 通过直径及体积倍增时间诊断，判定存在良性病变97例，恶性病变66例，其中腺癌32例、鳞癌19例、大细胞癌6例、小细胞癌10例。结论 通过倍增时间测定可有效分辨恶性结节病变情况，在肺小结节病变随访中有正面应用价值。
