高TG患者血清SDLDL表达水平分析及与LDL-C的相关性研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討高TG患者血清SDLDL表达水平分析及与LDL-C的相关性研究。方法 方便选取2018年5月—2019年5月来该院进行健康体检人员248名,对所有入组人员均进行血脂检测,根据患者血脂水平将其分为血脂正常组和高TG组,其中血脂正常人员214名,高TG人员34例,分析两组SDLDL表达水平以及与患者其他血脂治标的相关性。结果 高TG组LDL-C(2.24±0.11)mmol/L、sdLDL-C(0.97±0.02)mmol/L、sdLDL-C/LDL-C(0.43±0.05),血脂正常组LDL-C(2.18±0.12)mmol/L、sdLDL-C(0.59±0.04)mmol/L、sdLDL-C/LDL-C(0.27±0.04),高TG组患者LDL-C、sdLDL-C以及sdLDL-C/LDL-C均高于血脂正常组(t=14.232、15.226、11.082,P<0.05);高TG组TC(4.24±0.45)mmol/L、TG(2.46±0.41)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.13±0.10)mmol/L,血脂正常组TC(3.96±0.32)mmol/L、TG(1.25±0.12)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.32±0.12)mmol/L,高TG组患者TC、TG均高于血脂正常组(t=14.221、11.974,P<0.05),高TG组HDL-C、均低于血脂正常组(t=14.242,P<0.05);经相关性分析得出sdLDL-C与TC、TG、LDL-C呈现正相关,相关性有统计学意义(r=0.234、0.946、0.326,P<0.05),sdLDL-C与HDL-C水平呈现负相关,相关性有统计学意义(r=-0.247,P<0.05)。结论 高TG患者存在sdLDL-C水平明显升高情况,且sdLDL-C与患者sdLDL-C与TC、LDL-C以及TG水平呈现正相关,与HDL-C水平呈现负相关,通过检测患者sdLDL-C水平可评估患者机体血脂代谢情况。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the analysis of serum SDLDL expression level in patients with high TG and its correlation with LDL-C. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 248 healthy people who had undergone physical examinations in the hospital were convenienty selected. All patients were tested for blood lipids, and they were divided into normal blood lipid groups and high TG groups according to their blood lipid levels, of which normal blood lipids were normal of 214 patients and 34 patients with high TG. The expression levels of SDLDL in two groups and their correlation with other lipid targets in the patients were analyzed. Results LDL-C (2.24±0.11) mmol/L, sdLDL-C (0.97±0.02) mmol/L, sdLDL-C/LDL-C (0.43±0.05) in high TG group, LDL-C (2.18±0.12) mmol/L, sdLDL-C (0.59±0.04) mmol/L, sdLDL-C/LDL-C (0.27±0.04), patients with high TG, LDL-C, sdLDL-C, and sdLDL-C/LDL-C all were higher than the normal lipid group(t=14.232, 15.226, 11.082, P<0.05); high TG group TC (4.24±0.45) mmol/L, TG (2.46±0.41) mmol/L, HDL-C (1.13±0.10) mmol/L, TC (3.96±0.32) mmol/L, TG (1.25±0.12) mmol/L, HDL-C (1.32±0.12) mmol/L in normal lipid group, TC and TG in patients with high TG were higher than blood lipid normal group(t=14.221,11.974, P<0.05), HDL-C in high TG group was lower than normal lipid group (t=14.242, P<0.05); sdLDL-C and TC were obtained through correlation analysis, TG, LDL-C showed a positive correlation, the correcation was statistically significant (r=0.234, 0.946, 0.326, P<0.05), sdLDL-C and HDL-C levels showed a negative correlation,and the correcation was statistically significant (r=-0.247, P<0.05). Conclusion There is a significant increase in sdLDL-C levels in patients with high TG, and there is a positive correlation between sdLDL-C and sdLDL-C and TC, LDL-C, and TG levels, and a negative correlation with HDL-C levels.
