天麻钩藤汤治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压临床分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 肝陽上亢型原发性高血压常采用药物手段治疗，该文主要天麻钩藤汤的疗效进行分析。方法 该次实验研究对象均已确诊为肝阳上亢型高血压病，收入时间为2018年1月—2019年9月，随机选取该期间内60例患者进行研究，将信封法作为实验组与对照组患者的分组依据，每组30例，对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗，实验组患者在此基础上加用天麻钩藤汤加减治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后血压变化情况，治疗效果，不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前，将实验组与对照组患者的舒张压、收缩压进行对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，将实验组患者舒张压、收缩压与对照组患者进行比较[(78.21±3.12)mmHg、(118.62±2.69)mmHg vs (85.17±3.24)mmHg、(132.54±5.17)mmHg]，实验组各数据更具优势，差异有统计学意义(t=8.475、18.627，P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗效果(96.67%)较对照组更为显著，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.043，P=0.044);将实验组患者不良反应发生率与对照组相比较[(3.33%) vs (10.00%)]，差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.071，P=0.301)。结论 针对肝阳上亢型高血压患者，加用天麻钩藤汤加减治疗，可进一步提高临床效果，具有较高的安全性。

[Abstract] Objective Primary hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity is often treated with drugs. This article analyzes the efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Decoction. Methods All the subjects in this experiment have been diagnosed with hypertensive liver-yang hypertension， and the income time is from January 2018 to September 2019. 60 patients were randomly selected for research during this period， and the envelope method was used as the experimental group. According to the grouping basis of the patients in the control group， the number of patients in each group was set to 30. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of this treatment. Changes in blood pressure before and after， treatment effect， incidence of adverse reactions. Results Before treatment， the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group were compared， and there was no statistical significance (P>0.05); after the treatment， the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were compared with the control group [(78.21±3.12)mmHg， (118.62±2.69)mmHg vs (85.17±3.24)mmHg， (132.54±5.17)mmHg] ， the data of the experimental group patients had more advantages，with statistical significance (t=8.475，18.627， P<0.05); the treatment effect was input into the statistics for calculation， and the treatment effect of the patients in the experimental group(96.67%) was more significant ， which was statistically significant (χ2=4.043， P=0.044); the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group compared with the control group[(3.33%) vs (10.00%)]， there was no significant difference and no statistical significance(χ2=1.071， P=0.301). Conclusion For patients with hypertensive liver-yang type， the addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng Decoction can further improve the clinical effect， have higher safety., http://www.100md.com(朱启芳)
