[摘要] 目的 探讨预见性护理在小儿过敏性紫癜中的应用效果。方法 该次研究共方便选取82例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿，于2018年5—10月入院的41例患儿纳为对照组(予以常规护理)，2018年11月—2019年4月入院的41例患儿纳为观察组(予以预见性护理)。对两组的护理效果作出分析与比较。 结果 观察组皮疹、腹痛以及关节肿胀等症状消失时间均短于对照组(t=2.340、3.680、3.410，P<0.05)，并发症发生率(9.77%)低于对照组(36.59%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.290，P<0.05)。 结论 在小儿过敏性紫癜患儿临床护理中实施预见性护理有助于促进患儿临床症状的快速改善，降低疾病并发症发生风险，临床护理效果显著。
