无痛胃镜检查中应用舒适化临床护理服务的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 深入探析舒適化临床护理服务在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法 从2018年7月—2019年7月到该院进行无痛胃镜检查的患者中简单随机选择120例患者参与该次的疗效研究，秉承着随机分配的原则将他们分为两组，每个小组均60例患者。在其他条件一致的情况下，将一般护理服务应用于对照组患者无痛胃镜检查过程中，将舒适化临床护理服务应用于观察组患者无痛胃镜检查中，对比两组无痛胃镜患者在检查过程中的VAS评分、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果 经过了不同的护理干预后：①观察组无痛胃镜检查患者的VAS评分(4.26±2.78)分明显低于对照组检查患者的VAS评分(5.96±2.32)分，差异有统计学意义(t=2.637，P<0.05);②观察组无痛胃镜检查患者的不良反应发生率明显8.3%低于对照组检查患者的不良反应发生率30.0%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.090，P<0.05);③观察组无痛胃镜检查患者的护理满意度98.3%明显高于对照组检查患者的护理满意度71.7%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.732，P<0.05)。结论舒适化护理服务能够有效地帮助无痛胃镜患者缓解身体不适，提高检查患者的护理满意度，充分发挥出了护理价值。

[Abstract] Objective To deeply analyze the application effect of comfortable clinical nursing services in painless gastroscopy. Methods From July 2018 to July 2019， 120 patients were simplely random selected from the hospital for painless gastroscopy to participate in this curative effect study， and they were divided into two service groups based on the principle of random allocation. There were 60 patients in each group. Under the condition that other conditions are consistent， the general nursing service is applied to the painless gastroscopy of the control group， and the comfortable clinical nursing service is applied to the painless gastroscopy of the observation group， comparing the two groups of patients with painless gastroscopy VAS score， incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction during the process. Results After different nursing interventions：1.the VAS score(4.26±2.78)points of the painless gastroscopy patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the VAS score (5.96±2.32) points of the patients in the control group， the difference was statistically significant(t=2.637，P<0.05); 2.The incidence of adverse reactions in the painless gastroscopy patients in the observation group was significantly 8.3% lower than that in the control group， 30.0%， and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=9.090，P<0.05); 3.The nursing satisfaction of painless gastroscopy patients in the observation group was 98.3%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group， 71.7%， with statistical significance (χ2=16.732，P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing service can effectively help patients with painless gastroscope to relieve physical discomfort， improve the nursing satisfaction of patients under examination， and fully display the value of nursing.
