快速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后康复的应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討快速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后康复的应用效果。方法 方便选取2018年12月—2019年12月该院收治的96例老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象，按照患者入院顺序将其分为研究组(n=48例)与对照组(n=48例)，研究组患者给予快速康复外科护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，干预后比较两组护理效果、康复情况、不良反应发生率及生活质量。结果 研究组护理效果95.83%优于对照组77.08%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.207，P=0.007)。研究组康复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率4.16%相较对照组25.00%明显偏低，差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.362，P=0.004)。研究组生活质量相较对照组明显偏高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复外科护理对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者具有显著的临床护理效果，既能改善患者康复情况，又能确保护理安全性，提高患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Select convenienty 96 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy who came to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as the research object， and divide them into a research group (n = 48) and a control group according to the order of admission(n= 48)， the patients in the study group were given fast rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention， and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. After the intervention， the nursing effect， rehabilitation status， incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effect of the study group was 95.83% better than that of the control group 77.08%， the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.207，P=0.007). the rehabilitation situation of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.16%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group， 25.00%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.362，P=0.004). the quality of life of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing has a significant clinical nursing effect on elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It can not only improve the rehabilitation of patients， but also ensure the safety of nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.
