     综上所述，PFNA微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效显著，特别是在缩短手术时间、住院时间和负重时间、加快愈合速度、减少术中出血量以及降低术后并发症发生率方面效果更佳，是临床理想的治疗手段，值得大力推广应用。
