[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of applying multidisciplinary nursing model during perioperative period in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 124 elderly hip fracture patients who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were convenienty selected and randomized to provide control group (n=62) patients with health education, cough and sputum guidance, deep breathing training and other routine care Intervention, patients in the observation group (n=62) adopted a multidisciplinary nursing model. The evaluation of nursing satisfaction, incidence of complications and various quality of life indicators of the two groups of patients was analyzed. Results The total satisfaction rate of the nursing group in the observation group was 98.39%, and the total satisfaction rate in the control group was 87.10%. Compared with the patients in the control group, the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher,(χ2=5.871, P<0.05). The total incidence of complications such as joint stiffness in the observation group after care was 6.45%, and the total incidence of complications such as poor fracture healing in the control group was 16.13%. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (χ2=3.919, P<0.05). After nursing, the observation group's social function, psychological function, material life, physical function, quality of life and other quality of life indicators were higher than the control group,(t=3.018, 3.527, 4.205, 5.139, 4.016, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary nursing model for elderly hip fracture patients can speed up the recovery of their physical function, can effectively reduce related complications, and help to improve their quality of life., 百拇医药(黄春燕)
