刍议急性心肌梗塞护理干预中应用健康教育的效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析在急性心肌梗塞患者临床护理干预中实施健康教育的临床价值。 方法 方便选取2015年1月—2019年10月该院收治的96例急性心肌梗塞患者为研究对象,护理模式差异为分组标准,设对照组行常规护理,设观察组在常规护理的基础上行健康教育。观察两组患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪、日常生活活动能力、患者对护理质量的满意度以及生活质量改善情况。 结果 经护理后观察组患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、日常生活活动能力、生活质量明显较高,焦虑抑郁情绪评分较低;观察组患者对护理质量满意度93.7%,对照组为79.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.360,P<0.05)。 结论 在急性心肌梗塞患者的临床护理干预中,采用常规护理的基础上联合健康教育,可有效提高患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、改善日常生活活动能力、提升患者对护理质量满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of health education in clinical nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Ninety-six patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to October 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects. The difference in nursing mode was the grouping standard. The control group was set up for routine care, and the observation group was set up for health education based on routine care. Observe the two groups of patients' awareness of acute myocardial infarction, anxiety and depression before and after nursing, activities of daily living, patients' satisfaction with the quality of nursing and the improvement of quality of life. Results After nursing, patients in the observation group had significantly higher cognition of acute myocardial infarction, activities of daily living, and quality of life, and lower anxiety and depression scores; patients in the observation group were satisfied with the quality of care 93.7% and the control group was 79.1%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.360,P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction, it is recommended to combine health the use of routine nursing combined with health education can effectively improve patients' awareness of acute myocardial infarction, improve their activities of daily living, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing quality.

    急性心肌梗塞又被称之为“心肌梗死”,是一种心肌缺血性坏死症状。在冠心病等疾病中,急性心肌梗塞属于严重疾病类型,疾病发生后,患者主要以胸骨后疼痛(持久、剧烈)、心律失常、心力衰竭等症状为主要表现。该病发病急、病势险、致死率高,因此对患者身心健康、生命安全产生严重威胁。在治疗期间,大多数患者会出现频发恐惧、焦虑等负面情绪,主要原因在于其对自身疾病相关知识缺乏全面了解[1]。由此可见,在治疗期间需辅以相关护理干预,确保患者能充分认识自身疾病,配合医生展开相关治疗操作,提高临床疗效并改善预后。为进一步分析在急性心肌梗塞患者臨床护理干预中实施健康教育的临床价值,该文方便选取2015年1月—2019年10月内的96例急性心肌梗塞患者展开研究,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(林惠琴)
