[摘要] 目的 探讨上消化道早癌内镜黏膜下剥离术的护理干预及效果。 方法 方便选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的62例行内镜黏膜下剥离术的上消化道早癌患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，给予对照组患者常规护理，给予研究组患者全过程护理干预，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 通过给予两组患者不同护理干预措施，对照组患者护理满意度为74.19%，研究组患者护理满意度为96.77%，兩组患者在护理满意度上差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.256，P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量各项指标评分都显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予上消化道早癌患者行内镜黏膜下剥离术的同时，注重全过程护理干预，有助于缓解患者负面情绪，改善患者生活质量，值得推广。
