呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌的临床检验与质量控制分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌的临床检验与质量控制分析。方法 方便选择从2018年5月—2019年5月收治的200例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,完全随机方法进行分组,对照组与研究组各有样本100例。对照组常规取痰,痰标本置于无菌器皿中作临床检验;研究组在对照组基础上联合质量控制干预。比较两组患者的不同培养基下病原性细菌阳性结果以及临床总满意度。 结果 研究组的巧克力琼脂培养基下病原性细菌阳性率(91.00%)、麦康凯琼脂培养基下病原性细菌阳性率(88.00%)、血平板琼脂培养基下病原性细菌阳性率(89.00%)、沙氏琼脂培养基下病原性细菌阳性率(93.00%)均明显高于对照组(71.00%、75.00%、68.00%、75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.996、5.604、13.065、12.054,P<0.05);研究组的临床检验总满意度(99.00%)明显高于对照组(88.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.955,P<0.05)。结论 结合呼吸道感染患者的疾病特点,实施病原性细菌的培养痰液标本质量控制干预,可以有效提高临床致病菌检出阳性率,强化痰液标本质量控制有十分重要作用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical examination and quality control analysis of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infection. Methods 200 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects, and they were grouped by a completely random method. The control group and the study group each had 100 samples. The control group routinely took sputum and placed the sputum specimens in sterile vessels for clinical testing; the study group combined quality control intervention on the basis of the control group. The positive results of pathogenic bacteria under different culture media and the total clinical satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in the chocolate agar medium (91.00%), the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in Macconkey agar medium (88.00%), the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in blood plate agar medium (89.00%), the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria (93.00%) in Sabouraud agar medium was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.00%, 75.00%, 68.00%, 75.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.996, 5.604, 13.065, 12.054, P<0.05); The total satisfaction of clinical tests in the study group (99.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.955, P<0.05); Conclusion Combined with the disease characteristics of patients with respiratory tract infections, the implementation of pathogenic bacteria cultured sputum specimen quality control intervention can effectively increase the positive rate of clinical pathogenic bacteria detection, and it is very important to strengthen the quality control of sputum specimens., 百拇医药(郑利原)
