[摘要] 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术术中护理配合对手术疗效及并发症的影响。方法 方便选取该院2017年9月—2019年9月期间收治的50例前列腺增生患者随机分为两组。给予对照组前列腺增生患者实施术前准备及术中配合，给予研究组前列腺增生患者实施针对性术前准备及术中配合。比较两组手术患者各项手术疗效指标及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间指标及麻醉有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的最大尿流量指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率的4.00%明显低于对照组的32.00%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.878，P<0.05)，。结论 针对性术前准备及术中配合的实施能够有效缩短患者手术及住院时间，降低其术后并发症发生率。
