麻子仁丸加减联合生大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘的疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察麻子仁丸加减联合生大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘的疗效及临床症状改善情况。方法 随机选取2018年6月—2019年10月该科诊治的功能性便秘患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例，对照组给予乳果糖治疗，治疗组同时给予麻子仁丸加减联合生大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗，连续治疗4周，观察疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果 治疗组总有效率93.3%，明显高于对照组70.0%(χ2=5.455， P=0.020)，两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均较治疗前明显减低，治疗组治疗后临床症状积分(5.5±4.9)分明显低于对照组治疗后临床症状积分(10.6±6.5)分，差异有统计学意义(t=-3.433，P=0.001)。结论 麻子仁丸加减联合生大黄粉穴位贴敷能明显改善功能性便秘患者的临床症状，疗效确切。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect and clinical symptom improvement of Maziren Pills combined with acupoint application of raw rhubarb powder in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods Sixty patients with functional constipation diagnosed and treated in this department from June 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given lactulose treatment， and the treatment group was given Maziren Pills at the same time. Acupoint sticking therapy with the combination of reduction and raw rhubarb powder， continuous treatment for 4 weeks， observe the effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%， which was significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group(χ2=5.455， P=0.020). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. The clinical symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment (5.5±4.9)points was significantly lower than the score of clinical symptoms (10.6±6.5) points of the control group after treatment， and the difference was statistically significant (t=-3.433， P=0.001). Conclusion The acupoint application of Maziren Pills combined with raw rhubarb powder can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation， and the effect is definite.

功能性便秘(functional constipation，FC)是以患者大便堅硬、排便困难、排便次数减少或排便不尽为主要表现，并且除肠道器质性改变或全身性疾病及药物引发的便秘[1]，是临床常见病。随着现代人饮食习惯的改变，缺乏锻炼，生活节奏加快，社会压力增大及人口老龄化的日益突出，导致功能性便秘的发病率明显增加，近年来有年轻化的趋势。长期功能性便秘易诱发和加重高血压、脑卒中、心力衰竭等心脑血管疾病，并与痔疮、肛裂、结肠癌等的发生密切相关，且患者易合并焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，临床上功能性便秘的治疗较为困难，严重损害患者的身心健康，加重患者经济负担 [2]。该研究随机选取2018年6月—2019年10月该科诊治的功能性便秘患者60例，观察麻子仁丸加减联合生大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘的疗效及临床症状改善情况，现报道如下。
