微泵输血抽血与同步换血治疗新生儿重症疾病的效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討微泵输血抽血与同步换血治疗新生儿重症疾病的效果分析。 方法 回顾性分析2017年8月—2019年8月在该院儿科诊治的新生儿重症疾病患儿70例,按随机数表法分为重症组和参考组各35例。参考组实施微泵输血抽血治疗,重症组采取微泵输血抽血联合同步换血治疗措施,对比两组治疗后并发症、临床治疗优良率与血液生化指标情况。 结果 治疗后,重症组患儿的治疗优良率为94.29%,明显高于参考组的57.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.130,P<0.05),重症组患儿并发症发生率相较参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参考组患儿的总胆红素、血红蛋白、血淸钠、白蛋白相较重症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 微泵输血抽血与同步换血治疗新生儿重症疾病,临床疗效明显改善、症状有所减轻,为临床研究与治疗提供新的方向,值得推广应用。

    Analysis of the Effect of Micro-pump Blood Transfusion Combined with Simultaneous Exchange Transfusion in the Treatment of Severe Neonatal Diseases

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of micropump blood transfusion and simultaneous transfusion in the treatment of severe neonatal diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of 70 neonatal critically ill patients diagnosed and treated in the pediatrics department of the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were divided into severe disease group and reference group with 35 cases each according to the random number table. The reference group was treated with micropump blood transfusion, and the critical group was treated with micropump blood transfusion combined with simultaneous exchange transfusion. The complications, clinical treatment excellent rate and blood biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate of treatment for children in the severe group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than 57.14% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.130, P<0.05). Compared with the children in the severe group had more complicathons than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared with the total bilirubin, hemoglobin, serum sodium, and serum albumin of the reference group than those in the severe group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tf micropump blood transfusion and simultaneous transfusion for the treatment of severe neonatal diseases. Clinical treatment efficacy is significantly improved and symptoms are alleviated.
