【摘要】按病种付费在中国尚处试点阶段，但作为控制医疗费用过快增长的主要手段，今后将被广泛推广使用。本文通过介绍欧美国家DRG预付费体系及其医院控制成本的做法，给我国医院在病种付费条件下如何有效控制医疗成本提出了一些建议。

    Abstract：“Pay by diseases”is at the beginning stage in China， as a important method of controlling medical costs ， It will be used in China widely. Through the analysis of DRG-PPS in European and USA， this article gives some advice about how to control the medical costs at the“pay by diseases”condition in China.
