中医心理治疗之共情技能训练(3)
治疗者的共情还能够进一步引发来访者的共情,这种双向的情感回馈为咨访双方搭建了沟通的平台,促进了双方的共同成长。总之,共情是良好沟通的灵魂,咨访双方的有效沟通促进中医心理治疗的进行,实现来访者“志闲而少欲,心安而不惧,形劳而不倦,气从以顺,各从其欲,所皆得愿”的最佳状态。对中医心理治疗工作者的共情能力训练是十分必要而有价值的,具有本土特色的共情训练广泛推广,提升广大中医心理治疗者的工作能力,更好地为来访者服务。
